Edition 2025 — Festival of Sapa
The 2025 edition of the Festival of Sapa and Mulled Wine renewed in Rosora, in the heart of Vallesina in the province of Ancona, the autumn tradition dedicated to sapa and mulled wine. Organized by Pro Loco Rosora, the event enlivened the historic center of the village with food stalls, tastings of typical products, and folk music.
As every year, visitors could taste sapa, the cooked grape syrup with an intense flavor, along with roasted chestnuts, stuffed crescie, and traditional Marche desserts, in a festive atmosphere celebrating the grape harvest and the peasant identity of the region.
