Festival of Saint Zeno

The 2025 edition of the patronal feast of Saint Zeno confirmed the tradition of Castano Primo. On the fourth Sunday of October, the two central elements of the festival were renewed: the solemn Mass in the parish church, with the "brusà il balon" ritual – the burning of a large votive balloon symbolizing the flame of faith – and the historical fair, with stalls filling the town center.

An event that, even in 2025, attracted visitors from all over the Alto Milanese region, intertwining the religious dimension of the occasion with the centuries-old commercial tradition linked to the fair of 18th-century origin.
