Edition 2025 — Festival of Saint Maurice

In 2025, the Festival of Saint Maurice in Riva Ligure combined patronal celebrations with the Solemn Extraordinary Municipal Council in Piazza Matteotti, awarding the Riva Ligure Prize and recognitions to citizens and local associations.

In 2025, the Festival of Saint Maurice celebrated the patron saint of Riva Ligure on September 22nd with the usual blend of faith and civic engagement. In Piazza Matteotti, the Solemn Extraordinary Municipal Council conferred honorary citizenship upon the National Civil Protection Department and the Riva Ligure Prize to the Liguria Region for the Authentic Events project, in addition to recognitions for students, associations, and entities distinguished for civic, sporting, and cultural merits.
