Edition 2025 — Festival of Saint Mark
In 2025, the Festival of Saint Mark was celebrated on April 25th with the solemn Pontifical Mass in the Co-Cathedral presided over by the Bishop, the awarding of the Saint Mark Prizes in the Council Chamber, the fortajada picnic in the Seminary park, and the tradition of the bòcolo distributed by the Red Cross.
The 2025 edition followed the usual pattern of the patronal festival: at 11:00 AM, the Pontifical Mass in the Cathedral presided over by the Bishop of Concordia-Pordenone with city and provincial authorities; followed by the Saint Mark Prizes ceremony in the Council Chamber for citizens distinguished in various fields; in the afternoon, the fortajada picnic in the Seminary park with music and games for children. Also in 2025, Red Cross volunteers distributed the bòcolo, the red rose symbolizing love and solidarity, at the Loggia del Municipio and in Piazza Cavour.
