Edition 2025 — Saint Anthony Abbot

In 2025, Valmadrera also celebrated its patron saint, Saint Anthony Abbot, with the usual program of liturgies and popular traditions: solemn masses in the parish church, the risotto in the oratory, the evening bonfire, and the devotional procession with the offering of wax, accompanied by the town's musical band. A festival that renews the community's bond with its saint each year.

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Saint Anthony Abbot followed the traditional structure that has marked the celebrations in Valmadrera for years: the prayer vigil, the solemn masses, the convivial moments in the oratory, and the large evening bonfire, a symbol of the festival. The devotional procession and the concert by the musical band concluded the celebrations, confirming the participation of an entire community gathered around the parish of Valmadrera, in the province of Lecco.
