Edition 2025 — Festival of Saint Anthony Abbot

In 2025, the Festival of Saint Anthony Abbot once again enlivened Barni, in the Larian Triangle in the province of Como, with the traditional blessing of tractors. Between the Mass with the blessing of salt, the auction of baskets on the churchyard, and the blessing of agricultural machinery, the festival organized by the parish renewed a rite deeply linked to the farming tradition of the Lario region.

In 2025, the Festival of Saint Anthony Abbot confirmed its appointment in Barni, in the province of Como, with the blessing of tractors, around the January 17th anniversary.

Between the Holy Mass with the blessing of salt, the auction of Saint Anthony's baskets on the churchyard, and the blessing of agricultural machinery, the festival organized by the parish with the village volunteers renewed a rite that links faith to the world of farming and mountain breeding.
