Edition 2025 — Pizza Under the Fire
In 2025, the Festival of Pizza Under the Fire celebrated its 18th edition, spread over two periods: from July 18 to 27 and from July 31 to August 3. The protagonist, as always, was the focaccia cooked under the embers, enhanced for the occasion by a much-appreciated novelty: the pizza with mortadella, simple and fragrant.
Alongside the gastronomic evenings, the 2025 edition hosted from July 31 to August 3 the exhibition "The 1900s in Montefranco", a true immersion into the past through objects, clothes, images, and stories that recount a century of life in the Valnerina village. Music, entertainment, and conviviality completed a celebration that attracts numerous visitors each year to Montefranco, in the province of Terni.
