Edition 2025 — Our Lady of the Cherries

In 2025, the Festival of Our Lady of the Cherries enlivened Carasco with its food stalls and dancing evenings in the gardens of Via Piani. Among ravioli, pesto, asado, and music, the festival brought the community together at the beginning of summer, confirming a deeply felt popular tradition in the Sturla Valley.

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Our Lady of the Cherries in Carasco offered the traditional formula: food stalls with Ligurian cuisine dishes — ravioli, pesto, asado — and dancing evenings in the gardens of Via Piani. The festival, a moment of strong community gathering for the Sturla Valley, combined religious devotion with the conviviality of a village festival, welcoming numerous visitors from neighboring towns during one of the first major summer festivals in the Genoese hinterland.
