Edition 2025 — Festival of Monte Berico
On September 8, 2025, Vicenza celebrated its patroness, Our Lady of Monte Berico. The day began with a dawn vigil at 5:00 AM and the dawn mass at 6:00 AM, followed by hourly masses until the evening; the main celebration at 11:00 AM was presided over by Bishop Giuliano Brugnotto.
On September 7th, the diocesan pilgrimage had drawn thousands of faithful to Monte Berico hill. The festival served as a prelude to the Marian Jubilee Year of 2026, commemorating the apparitions of 1426. An exhibition dedicated to the artist Bruno Meneguzzo completed the events at the Sanctuary.
