Edition 2025 — Our Lady of Monserrato
On the weekend of August 30-31, 2025, Grumento Nova celebrated Our Lady of Monserrato with the ascent to the sanctuary of Monte Castello, the offering of the 'centa', the return procession with the halberdiers, and the usual civil festivities.
The 2025 edition of the festival took place on the weekend of August 30-31, renewing the most cherished devotion of Grumento Nova. Between the ascent to the sanctuary of Monte Castello with the offering of the 'centa', the solemn procession back to the village escorted by the halberdiers, the illuminations, concerts, and fireworks, the community of Grumento celebrated its patroness with the usual participation of faithful and emigrants.
