Edition 2025 — Festival of Fontanafredda

In September 2025, the hamlet of Miceno, in Pavullo nel Frignano, renewed the traditional Festival of Our Lady of Fontanafredda. As every year, the festival featured a food stand with borlenghi and crescentine, music, and games, confirming itself as one of the most beloved end-of-summer events in the Modenese Apennines.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Our Lady of Fontanafredda took place at the beginning of September in the hamlet of Miceno, in the Municipality of Pavullo nel Frignano (province of Modena, Emilia-Romagna). Organized by the village's parish circle, the festival re-proposed the tried-and-tested formula that has attracted people from Frignano for years: the food stand with the famous borlenghi and crescentine, live music, and games for all ages, centered around the 17th-century oratory of Our Lady of Fontanafredda.
