Edition 2025 — Our Lady of Fire

In 2025, Forlì also celebrated its Patron Saint on February 4th with the Festival of Our Lady of Fire. The day, preceded by the novena, saw the usual sequence of celebrations in the Cathedral, the bishop's pontifical concelebration, lights in the windows, and the great fair that enlivened the historic center between Piazza del Duomo and Piazza Saffi.

2025 Edition

Forlì's patronal feast took place on February 4, 2025, following the centuries-old tradition linked to the miracle of 1428. After the preparatory novena, the Cathedral of Santa Croce welcomed the faithful for the numerous Eucharistic celebrations of the day, culminating in the pontifical concelebration presided over by the bishop of Forlì-Bertinoro. In 2025, too, the people of Forlì lit small lamps and candles in their windows on the night between February 3rd and 4th, while the historic center was filled with the stalls of the traditional fair between Piazza del Duomo and Piazza Aurelio Saffi.
