Edition 2025 — Festival of Marinated Fish

The ninth edition of the Festival of Marinated Fish was held from April 25 to 27, 2025, at the Manifattura dei Marinati in Comacchio. Three days dedicated to the centuries-old tradition of fish marinating, a symbol of the Valli di Comacchio, featuring a gastronomic stand, markets, tastings, guided tours, workshops for children, and meetings on eel culture.

Festival of Marinated Fish 2025 - 9th Edition

From April 25 to 27, 2025, the Manifattura dei Marinati in Comacchio (FE), Emilia-Romagna, hosted the ninth edition of the festival dedicated to marinated eel and valley fish according to Comacchio tradition.

Offerings included: markets at the Loggiato dei Cappuccini (10:30 AM-7:00 PM), free guided tours of the Manifattura at 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, workshops for children in the afternoon, cultural paths like "The Mystery of the Eel," and meetings dedicated to eel protection. The gastronomic stand was open for lunch (12:00 PM-2:30 PM) and dinner (7:00 PM-9:00 PM), with free admission to the event.
