Edition 2025 — Festival of Flavours

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Flavours took place on Sunday, May 25th, in the town square of Capraia Isola, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. An afternoon dedicated to tasting traditional Capraia recipes and the best dish competition, where dishes prepared by the island's inhabitants were compared and voted on during the festival.

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Flavours was held on Sunday, May 25th, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, in the town square of Capraia Isola, in the province of Livorno. Once again, the event featured tastings of traditional Capraia recipes accompanied by the best dish competition, the heart of the festival: the island's inhabitants presented their dishes, showcasing the traditional cuisine of Capraia. The day, organised by the Pro Loco of Capraia Isola, confirmed the convivial and family-oriented character of a festival deeply cherished by the island's small community.
