Summer 2025 in Monte San Biagio
In the summer of 2025, the calendar of Monte San Biagio, in the province of Latina, revolved around the Monticellana Summer, the program of festivals and evenings curated by the Municipality and the Pro Loco, which would later merge, from the following year, into the Festival of Emotions project supported by the Lazio Region.
The most popular event was the White Monticellana Goat Festival, held on August 8 and 9, 2025, in Piazza Padre Biagio, dedicated to one of the most precious indigenous goat breeds of southern Lazio, a symbol of the ancient pastoral tradition of the Ausoni and Aurunci Mountains. Two evenings with food and wine stalls, flag-wavers and drummers from the Gruppo Storico Offagna, live music, and DJ sets until late at night.
Alongside this, the town offered its usual district festivals, outdoor musical evenings, and events linked to local products, starting with the famous salsiccia monticellana.
