Edition 2025 — Festival of Crispella
The 2025 edition of the Festival of Crispella and Mezzemaniche with Truffle took place in Roccafluvione (Ascoli Piceno) on August 22, 23, and 24, 2025, with food stalls opening from 7:00 PM at the Palasport.
The menu offered plain crispelle, crispelle with ham and truffle, mezzemaniche with truffle, truffle and pancetta sandwiches, and other traditional specialties. Accompanying the evenings were the Piceno Folklore Review and the 'Sacce fà' fair, with live music: Friday with the band Cuore d'Italia, Saturday with Distretto 14, and Sunday with Massimo Lolli.
