On Sunday, November 2, 2025, Quinzano d'Oglio hosted the 20th Festival of Cooked Salami and Grepola, combined with the 78th Thanksgiving Day: tractors, agricultural machinery parade, over 100 exhibitors, 'cuccagna' pole, and communal lunch.

The 2025 edition, the 20th, of the Festival of Cooked Salami and Grepola took place on Sunday, November 2nd, coinciding with the 78th Thanksgiving Day. The day began at 8:30 AM with the gathering of tractors on Viale Gandini, followed by mass at 9:30 AM and the parade of agricultural machinery to the cemetery, accompanied by the Banda Quinzanese.

At 11:30 AM, the ribbon-cutting ceremony opened the fair, featuring over 100 exhibitors from Lombardy, a craft market, and an exhibition of vintage tractors. In the square, there was the 'cuccagna' pole, while under the loggia of the Oratorio Estivo, the communal lunch offered spiedo bresciano, De.Co. cooked salami with polenta and spinach.
