Festival of Colors 2025 — the fifth edition

From September 22 to 27, 2025, the historic center of Capena, in the Lazio region, hosted the fifth edition of the Festival of Colors, a widespread event dedicated to hospitality and the encounter between cultures. Main highlights included: video interviews on the roots and historical memory of Capena at the Senior Center, the theatrical monologue Ismael at the DamArte Theater, the narrative walk through the town's anecdotes with the Roman Archaeological Group, and the grand closing day in Piazza del Popolo with the Balkan music of the Zastava Orkestar, the African dances of Africa Djembé, the theatrical reading (S)Cambio, and the concert by Orchestralunata. The program was completed by widespread photography exhibitions and free workshops in ceramics, carpentry, and painting. All activities were free of charge.
