Festival of Books and Reading

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Books and Reading in Casalfiumanese, in the Bologna Apennines, celebrated the 41st edition of the 'Invito alla Lettura' project, with the theme "The Voice of Words - Poems, Rhymes, and Nursery Rhymes for Growing Up". The event took place between April and June 2, 2025.

Among the events were the presentation of the book "Bruno Neri - The Partisan Footballer" with Massimo Novelli (April 12), the meeting with author Giulia Casarini for "Stivali a Monte Sole" in San Martino in Pedriolo (April 24), the school tour by writer Elisa Mazzoli, and the exhibition "I bambini di Sibylle Von Olfers" (May 19-31). On June 2, at Villa Manusardi, the exhibition of student works and the awards ceremony for 'Invito alla Lettura' concluded the annual program.
