Festival of Bellunese in the World – Limana

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Bellunese in the World took place in Limana on Sunday, August 3, dedicated to the figure of Renato De Fanti, mayor of the municipality for over 25 years. The day began with a procession from the Limanesi nel Mondo Park, with the banners of the Association Bellunesi nel Mondo, municipal banners, foreign delegations, and the Alpini soldiers. Don Mario Doriguzzi celebrated mass in the parish church, with a baptism symbolizing "hope and continuity." This was followed by the inauguration of a documentary exhibition on twinnings and the unveiling of the plaque for the "Renato De Fanti Hall" in the town hall. Among those present were the mayor Michele Talo, the president of the Province of Belluno Roberto Padrin, the regional councilor Gianpaolo Bottacin, Senator Luca De Carlo, and the president of the Association Bellunesi nel Mondo Oscar De Bona. Over 200 people attended the communal lunch under the Pro Loco's tent.
