The Bellunese Summer Festival
The Festival in Limana is the big summer event in Limana, a municipality in Valbelluna, in the province of Belluno. For almost two weeks in August, the Pro Loco area in front of the elementary schools becomes the pulsating heart of the village, with a packed program offering shows, music, theatre, sports, and good food every day.
Music, Shows, and Sports
The schedule alternates dance evenings with big orchestras, country and Latin American music, rock, and DJ sets with the best local artists. There are also circus acts, aerial dance, and pole dance, a green volley tournament, baby dance, a market of artisanal and agricultural products, the White Party, a dog show, and a fire show. There is also space for theatre, with comedy evenings in dialect, and the traditional non-competitive night walk.
The Cuisine of Valbelluna
The festival restaurant opens for lunch and dinner with local specialties: polenta and cod, roe deer, roasts, and the flavors of the Bellunese tradition. Organized by Pro Loco Limana, the festival is a beloved event that attracts residents and tourists from the Dolomites, in the Municipality of Limana (province of Belluno).

How to get there
Limana is located in Valbelluna, a few kilometers from Belluno, reachable by state road and railway (stations on the Padova-Calalzo line nearby). The festival takes place in the Pro Loco area at Via Ruggero Fiabane 7, opposite the elementary schools.
