Festival delle Torri - International Festival of Music, Dance, Art, and Folklore

The 2025 edition

The 34th edition of the Festival delle Torri was held from August 1 to 4, 2025, in Cava de' Tirreni, organized as always by the Ente Sbandieratori Cavensi - City of Cava de' Tirreni. Three international delegations took turns on stage: the Ararat Folk Dance Ensemble from Armenia, the Ngwao Letshwao Performing Arts from Botswana, and the Compañía de Danza Ballet Scorpio from Venezuela, together with the hosts, the Sbandieratori Cavensi.

The festival opened on August 1 at the newly inaugurated «David Sassoli» Urban Park with a parade and performances by the Venezuelan and Botswanan groups. On August 2, the official reception at the Town Hall in the morning preceded the evening parade along the arcaded town center and the grand show in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele III. On August 3, the thanksgiving Mass at the Sanctuary of San Francesco e Sant'Antonio was followed by performances in the convent cloister, while the closing night on August 4 took place in the Annunziata district. During this edition, the «Tower of Peace» award was presented to the Caritas Diocesana of Amalfi-Cava de' Tirreni.

Saturday, August 2, 2025

• 11:00 AM — Official reception of delegations at the Town Hall.
• 8:00 PM — Parade along the arcaded Corso Umberto I.
• 9:00 PM — Main show in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele III.

Sunday, August 3, 2025

8:30 PM — Thanksgiving Mass at the Sanctuary of San Francesco e Sant'Antonio, followed by performances in the convent cloister.

Monday, August 4, 2025

9:00 PM — Closing show in the Annunziata district.
