Edition 2025 — Piana del Cavaliere
The 2025 edition of the Festival della Piana del Cavaliere had «Tracce» (Traces) as its central theme, a metaphor for the human journey made of signs, memories, encounters, and connections. The review unfolded in several stages between late August and September, touching Terni, Narni, Perugia, Orvieto, and Acquasparta.
Among the most significant productions: «Orchestra del Mare» with narration by Margherita Buy and instruments built by inmates of the Opera prison, «Matematicamente Bach» with the Quartetto di Cremona, «Gli amori difficili» by Italo Calvino in a reading-concert with Isabella Ragonese, «Le nozze di Figaro» by Mozart, and «Metropolis» with a live soundtrack.
