Edition 2025 — Festival dell'Appennino

The 2025 edition of the Festival dell'Appennino, the sixteenth, took place from May 4 to October 12, 2025, with 27 free events in 28 municipalities in the Central Apennines affected by the 2016 earthquake, across Marche, Abruzzo, Lazio, and Umbria. Venarotta (AP) was among the partner municipalities of the festival, which confirmed its "nature-inclusive" format: guided excursions combined with live concerts and performances. Among the artists featured in this edition were Eugenio Finardi, Luca Barbarossa, Moni Ovadia, David Riondino, and Ambrogio Sparagna.

The sixteenth edition of the Festival dell'Appennino was held from May 4 to October 12, 2025, with 27 events in 28 municipalities in the Central Apennines affected by the 2016 earthquake, spread across Marche, Abruzzo, Lazio, and Umbria. The festival, promoted by the BIM Tronto and the Extraordinary Commissioner for Reconstruction, confirmed its characteristic formula, which combines guided excursions and live performances on days dedicated to slow tourism and the revitalization of inland areas.

Venarotta, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, was among the partner municipalities of the event. The 2025 program featured 16 concerts, 7 theater performances, and 6 contemporary circus events, with a particular focus on accessibility, partly thanks to the use of Joëlette wheelchairs to make some excursions accessible to people with disabilities.
