Festeggiamenti di San Lorenzo – Collazzone

The 2025 edition of the patronal festival of San Lorenzo in Collazzone took place between August 9th and 10th. The eve featured the Sunday mass and the solemn pre-festival mass, led by the Avigliano-Castello choir, followed by a conference in the Municipal Council Hall. On the patron saint's day, August 10th, the day began with the solemn mass at 11:00 AM, led by the Collazzone-Collepepe-Gaglietole choir; in the afternoon, the celebration of second vespers and the Gregorian chant concert by the Schola "Dei Genetrix" from Rome, alternated with organ pieces. This was followed by an aperitif offered by the Pro Loco in Piazza Beato Simone da Collazzone and, in the evening, a conference in the Abbey of San Lorenzo dedicated to Jacopone da Todi.
