Edition 2025 — Palio del Marenghin

The 9th edition of the Palio del Marenghin took place from October 3 to 5, 2025, in Candia Lomellina, on the occasion of the Patronal Festival of the Blessed Virgin of the Rosary. Three days of faith, folklore, and tradition, with the parade of the five districts in 17th-century costume and the challenge to win the palio.

The 2025 edition featured a cultural evening at the Church of San Michele on Friday, October 3rd. Saturday, October 4th, saw the Palio dei bambini in the late afternoon, followed by street food and a concert. Sunday, October 5th, was the highlight: the parade of the districts at 3 PM and the Palio del Marenghin starting at 3:30 PM, with the districts Burgratè, Maestrìn, Peschierànt, Sancarlìn, and Terasìn as protagonists of the final challenge.

For all three days, the charity stall remained open, while on Saturday and Sunday, an exhibition of the children's artistic works was set up. Admission was free.
