Festa Patronale di Santa Maria della Neve

The 2025 edition of the Festa Patronale di Santa Maria della Neve enlivened Boffalora sopra Ticino from July 24 to 27.

Thursday, July 24, featured the non-competitive "Bufalora Volt e Bas" race, part of the children's districts' palio. Friday, July 25, included Vespers of the Virgin in church with a supplication to the Madonna della Neve, followed by the "Gran Premio di Boffalora" with a pedal go-kart race starting from Piazza Matteotti. Saturday, July 26, saw the Marian procession along the Naviglio with the Holy Rosary and the traditional "la Nevicata" ice cream served on the church steps. Sunday, July 27, concluded with the Solemn Mass of the Madonna della Neve, the Cuccagna sul Naviglio, and the community dinner in the parish hall, including the awards ceremony for the Palio delle Contrade.
