Edition 2025 — San Rocco a San Chirico Nuovo
In 2025, San Chirico Nuovo celebrated its patron saint San Rocco with traditional liturgical celebrations and the procession of the saint through the village streets, in the festive atmosphere of late August.
The 2025 edition of the Patronal Festival of San Rocco confirmed the late August tradition in San Chirico Nuovo. The liturgical celebrations and the procession of the patron saint through the streets of the small village gathered the entire community, amidst illuminations, band music, and convivial moments typical of summer festivals in inner Basilicata.
