Festa Patronale di San Donato

The 2025 edition of the Festa di San Donato in Anzi took place from August 5th to 8th. Following the novena (July 29th-August 6th) with celebrations at the Sanctuary and Mother Church, on August 6th the candlelit procession accompanied the Saint to the Sanctuary, with a mass in the square at 11:00 PM. August 7th and 8th featured solemn masses presided over by the Metropolitan Archbishop Emeritus and processions between the Sanctuary and the Mother Church. The civil program offered the fair in Contrada San Donato, dancing evenings, and concerts, including a tribute to Ligabue and a performance by Massimo Di Cataldo; the grand finale was the Colangelo Fireworks display at midnight on August 8th.
