Edition 2025 — San Bartolomeo

In 2025, Cassiglio also celebrated the patron saint St. Bartholomew the Apostle on the third Sunday of August, with religious celebrations in the historic parish church and the procession through the village streets, renewing the most cherished festival of the year for the small community of the Alta Val Brembana.

In 2025, the Patron Saint Festival of St. Bartholomew renewed the devotion to the patron saint in Cassiglio. The celebrations — masses, vespers, and procession — took place around the parish church of St. Bartholomew the Apostle, with its precious Dance of Death frescoes and the ancient Bossi organ. A festival that, in a village of just a hundred inhabitants, confirms every year the strength of roots and tradition in the Bergamo Alta Val Brembana.
