In 2025, Schignano celebrated the patronal festival of Maria SS. Assunta on August 15th, with religious celebrations of the Assumption of Mary, renewing at the heart of Ferragosto one of the most cherished events of the village in the Val d'Intelvi.
In 2025, the Festa Patronale di Maria SS. Assunta renewed the August 15th event in Schignano, with celebrations in honour of the patron saint on the day of the Assumption of Mary. The feast, experienced with devotion by the community in the heart of Ferragosto, reaffirmed the village's connection to its religious traditions, amidst the mountains of the Val d'Intelvi, in the province of Como.
