Festa Patronale di Maria SS. Assunta

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Maria SS. Assunta in Castiglione d'Adda (LO) renewed, on Ferragosto, the most cherished event of the town's summer. The community gathered for the solemn Mass in honor of the patron saint in the parish church and for the traditional procession, a moment of shared prayer that winds through the streets of the center. Alongside the religious celebrations, the popular festivities offered food stalls with typical dishes and traditional Lodi sweets, craft markets, and music, on a day that combines faith, flavor, and conviviality in the Bassa lodigiana.
