Festa Maggiore 2025

The Festa Maggiore 2025 of Terlizzi was held from August 7 to 12, attracting thousands of people to the city. The heart of the festivities was the procession of the Triumphal Chariot on Sunday, August 10, with the evening departure of the imposing festive machine guided by head helmsman Michele De Lucia and his team, in the presence of the bishop, clergy, mayor, and civil and military authorities.

Among the highlights of the edition, on August 8, on the parvis of the co-cathedral of Saint Michael the Archangel, the Vernè string quartet performed music by Ennio Morricone, while in Piazza Armonica, the "Vito Giuseppe Millico" city band performed. Among the novelties was a light drone show that recreated the Madonna di Sovereto, the Triumphal Chariot, the Clock Tower, and the flower, symbols of Terlizzi's identity.
