In 2025, Lupara celebrated Saint Anthony of Padua with the festival of thanksgiving for the harvest: the procession of wheat carts pulled by oxen and the parade of reapers, in a peasant rite deeply rooted in the identity of the Biferno valley village.

The Festa di Sant'Antonio di Padova animated the village of Lupara in 2025, with the traditional procession of thanksgiving for the good wheat harvest. The carts full of sheaves, pulled by pairs of oxen, and the parade of reapers renewed a rite that tells the agricultural and devotional soul of this municipality in the province of Campobasso.

Programme

Liturgical celebrations, procession with sheaf carts pulled by pairs of oxen, parade of reapers and women with baskets of bread, civil celebrations.
