Festa di Sant'Ambrogio a Cusino

The Festa di Sant'Ambrogio is one of the events that mark the traditional calendar of Cusino, a village in Val Cavargna in the province of Como. In 2025 too, the celebration took place on the second Sunday of September: morning mass in the church of Sant'Ambrogio and, in the afternoon, the custom of the "canestri", which has now become a convivial lunch with typical valley dishes, organised by the parish with the collaboration of the owners of the nearby huts. A late summer festival with an ancient flavour, capable of bringing families and holidaymakers to the village in a spirit of simplicity and sharing.
