Edition 2025 — Sant'Alessandro

On August 26, 2025, Capriate San Gervasio celebrated its patron saint Sant'Alessandro with traditional religious services, a solemn mass, and a procession through the village streets, on a day of celebration shared by the entire community of the Bassa Bergamasca region.

The 2025 edition of the Festa di Sant'Alessandro followed tradition, bringing the community of Capriate San Gervasio together around the parish church dedicated to the patron saint. The day of August 26th alternated moments of reflection during religious services with more festive moments experienced by the town.

The solemn mass and the procession were the heart of the commemoration, confirming the strong bond between the Bergamo municipality and the martyred saint who also protects the nearby city of Bergamo.
