Edition 2025 — Festa di San Martino Fabro

In November 2025, the Festa di San Martino animated Fabro town centre alongside the XXXVI National Truffle Market Exhibition. Between truffle catering under a tent, the Sunday Sagra della «Torta sotto 'l foco» with the Merla Folk Band, and the medieval reenactment in Carnaiola, the festival combined devotion, gastronomy, and tradition.

The 2025 edition

In 2025, the Festa di San Martino took place in Fabro town centre on the weekend of the XXXVI National Truffle Market Exhibition (November 7-9). The main town offered catering service under a tent with local truffle dishes, while Sunday was dedicated to the traditional Sagra della «Torta sotto 'l foco», accompanied by music from the Merla Folk Band.

Completing the weekend was the medieval reenactment in the hamlet of Carnaiola, animated by the Historical Parade of Monteleone d'Orvieto, in a blend of patron saint celebration, autumn cuisine, and historical memory of the Terni area.
