Edition 2025 — Festa di San Leonardo
In 2025, Imperia also celebrated its patron saint San Leonardo da Porto Maurizio on November 26th, with the Pontifical Mass and a procession through the alleys of Parasio. An event of devotion and identity that, in the heart of autumn, brought the community together around the figure of the Franciscan friar born in the village of Porto Maurizio.
The 2025 edition of the Festa di San Leonardo da Porto Maurizio renewed the celebration of the patron saint of Imperia on November 26th. The Pontifical Mass and the procession in the historic centre of Parasio marked the festive day.
As every year, the celebrations combined the religious and identity dimensions, bringing the community together around the historical and spiritual roots of the city, in Liguria.
