Festa di San Giovanni Battista - Patrono di Acquasanta Terme

The 2025 edition of the Festa di San Giovanni Battista in Acquasanta Terme (AP) renewed the town's devotion to its two patron saints. On June 24th, the patron saint's day, the Solemn Mass at 11:00 AM was presided over by the bishop of the diocese of Ascoli Piceno, Monsignor Gianpiero Palmieri, concelebrated by local priests; in the afternoon, a second Mass was held at 6:00 PM followed by the procession.

On June 25th, the community celebrated the co-patroness Saint Eursosia, invoked against storms, lightning, and hailstorms and protector of the harvests, with the solemn Mass at 6:00 PM and the procession of the statue through the streets of the historic center. The municipal administration officially participated in the celebrations, with Mayor Sante Stangoni, Deputy Mayor Luigi Capriotti, and councilors.
