Festa di Desio – Sagra del Madunin

In 2025, the patronal festival of the Madonna del Rosario animated the centre of Desio from October 3rd to 6th. The Sagra del Madunin, themed around fairy tales «Once upon a time», offered games and workshops for children, markets, and street food in Piazza Conciliazione. Among the most popular events were the VelociRun 20.25 in dinosaur costumes, guided tours of the historic villas, concerts by the Pio XI Musical Band, magic shows, and the charitable distribution of the Torta del Cuore in support of the Pio XI hospital. Some evening events were affected by bad weather.
