Edition 2025 — Festa dello Sport

In 2025, the Festa dello Sport enlivened Piazza Enrico Mattei in Matelica, transforming the city center into an open-air sports village. Local sports clubs offered trials and demonstrations of numerous disciplines, involving children, teenagers, and families in a day of celebration, movement, and inclusion promoted by the Municipality of Matelica.

The 2025 edition of the Festa dello Sport confirmed the success of an event highly anticipated by the community of Matelica, in the Province of Macerata. In Piazza Enrico Mattei, numerous local sports clubs provided technicians, instructors, and equipment for young people to try various disciplines: from basketball to volleyball, from judo to karate, from rhythmic gymnastics to twirling, and even the traditional ruzzola.

The day, organized by the Sports Department of the Municipality of Matelica, brought together schools, families, and associations in a festive atmosphere, reaffirming the educational and social value of sport and the role of the city's rich network of associations.
