Festa della Tagliatella - Cairo di Mombaroccio

The Festa della Tagliatella 2025 was held from Thursday, August 21 to Sunday, August 24, 2025, in the hamlet of Cairo, in the Municipality of Mombaroccio (Province of Pesaro and Urbino). For four evenings, the small hamlet came alive around its signature dish, the tagliatelle strictly handmade by the volunteers of the Comitato della Tagliatella.

Alongside good food, the program featured the usual briscola tournaments, musical evenings with live music and dancing, in a convivial and family atmosphere. The event, with free admission, was organized by the Comitato della Tagliatella with the Pro Loco Mombaroccio APS, as part of the summer calendar for the Mombaroccio area.
