Festa della Pecora di Foza (Vüsche Öoba)

The Festa della Pecora di Foza 2025 animated the town center on August 30 and 31, confirming the success of an event deeply tied to the pastoral identity of the Plateau. The days featured demonstrations of ancient crafts, the entire cycle of wool processing, the flock parade with costumed figures, and stalls with typical products of Foza's sheep farming.

The festival, dedicated to the native Foza Sheep breed, attracted visitors from all over the Veneto region with street food, tastings, workshops, and music.

Two days (August 30-31) with demonstrations of ancient crafts and wool processing, flock parade with costumed figures, stalls of typical products (pecorino cheese, dried meats, alpine cheeses, wool and handicrafts), street food, educational workshops, guided tours, and tastings.
