Edition 2025 — Festa della Michetta
In 2025 too, Dolceacqua celebrated the Festa della Michetta on August 16th, renewing the tradition of distributing the typical sweet among the alleys and commemorating the 1364 revolt against the jus primae noctis.
The 2025 edition of the Festa della Michetta confirmed the value of one of Dolceacqua's most cherished traditions. Among the village alleys, the distribution of the typical De.C.O. sweet and the cheerful musical spree evoked the historical episode of 1364 and the symbol of freedom linked to the michetta.
The festival, with free admission, attracted residents and visitors to the heart of the Val Nervia, confirming the deep bond between the town and its historical memory.
