Edition 2025 — Madonna della Pace
In 2025, the Festa della Madonna della Pace was renewed on the summit of Monte Caucaso, in the municipality of Lorsica. Between the gathering in Barbagelata, the flag-raising at altitude, and the Mass in suffrage of the fallen, the celebration combined faith, memory, and the unique atmosphere of the Ligurian Apennine mountains.
The 2025 edition of the Festa della Madonna della Pace confirmed the tradition that every September brings the faithful to the summit of Monte Caucaso, in the territory of Lorsica.
From the gathering in Barbagelata to the ascent towards the summit chapel, with the flag-raising ceremony and the Mass in suffrage of the fallen, the celebration renewed its dual soul, spiritual and commemorative, in a day of festivity at altitude shared by the community.
