The 14th Festa della Fiorentina in Borsea took place over two weekends in October 2025 (3-5 and 9-12 October), to satisfy numerous requests: Florentine steak was the star and typical dishes were served in the heated Dispensa Creativa stand, in Piazza di Borsea.

The 2025 edition, the 14th, took place over two weekends — from October 3rd to 5th and from October 9th to 12th — precisely to meet strong public demand. In the heated Dispensa Creativa stand, in Piazza di Borsea, the Florentine steak was the absolute star, accompanied by other typical dishes. The event, organised by the Pro Loco of Borsea, confirmed its role among the most beloved autumn sagre in the Rovigo area.
