Edition 2025 — Festa dell'Emigrante
In 2025, Filignano also celebrated the Festa dell'Emigrante on Ferragosto, welcoming Molise emigrants returning for the summer with folk music, gastronomy, and community moments. An identity celebration that renews the bond between the village and its distant children each year.
The 2025 edition confirmed the identity value of the Festa dell'Emigrante in Filignano (province of Isernia). On August 15th, the village welcomed emigrants and their descendants returning for the summer with folk music, traditional gastronomy, and socialising moments, celebrating the memory and belonging of a village deeply marked by emigration.
