Festa del Risotto di Gazzo Veronese

The 2025 edition of the Festa del Risotto di Gazzo Veronese took place as tradition dictates over two weekends straddling May and June, in the grounds of Villa Parolin Poggiani. Once again, the absolute star was risotto, the gastronomic symbol of the Bassa Veronese and its rice paddies, offered in many variations alongside typical local wines. The evenings were enlivened by live music, with dance orchestras and DJ sets, in a festive and convivial atmosphere. The event, with free admission and organized with the contribution of local entities, confirms itself as one of the most beloved food and wine events in Gazzo Veronese, in the province of Verona.
