Edition 2025 — San Terenzio

Wednesday, September 24, 2025, Pesaro celebrated its patron saint San Terenzio with the usual day of faith and culture. Alongside the religious celebrations in the Cathedral and the procession of the saint's urn, the "San Terenzio ai musei" initiative opened the doors of Palazzo Mosca, Casa Rossini, the National Rossini Museum, the Diocesan Museum, and other city spaces, with reduced admission for residents, dedicated exhibitions, and guided tours.

San Terenzio 2025: A Full Dose of Culture

The 2025 edition of the Patron Saint's Day in Pesaro took place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. In addition to the masses in the Cathedral and the procession with the urn of San Terenzio, the day featured a rich museum program.

The Civic Museums of Palazzo Mosca and Casa Rossini were open from 10 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM to 7 PM, while the National Rossini Museum offered free admission to residents of Pesaro and surrounding municipalities. Among the exhibitions available were "Nino Caffè – Between Naturalism and Satire" and "Alberto Barbadoro – Without Noise" at Palazzo Mosca, and "Il Viaggio a Reims: 1825-2025" at the Rossini venue. Also open were the Diocesan Museum with the Church of the Name of God (free admission), the Washington Patrignani Maritime Museum, and the Benelli Workshops Museum. The following day, Thursday, September 25th, a guided tour led visitors through Rocca Costanza, Palazzo Ducale, the synagogue, and the Church of the Name of God.
