Edition 2025 — Pane di Sant'Antonio

In 2025, Chiauci renewed the Festa del Pane di Sant'Antonio on June 13th, with the blessing and distribution of loaves house to house and the procession of women with wicker baskets full of bread and lilies.

In 2025, the Festa del Pane di Sant'Antonio renewed its ancient tradition in Chiauci on June 13th. The village families prepared the loaves which, after the blessing, were distributed to all the inhabitants. The procession of women with wicker baskets decorated with lilies confirmed the spirit of sharing that animates this festival in Alto Molise.

Programme

The 2025 edition featured the mass and blessing of the bread, the procession of women with wicker baskets, and the distribution of loaves house to house, along with the community breakfast.

Prices

<p>Free entry; the blessed bread is distributed free of charge to the inhabitants.</p>
